About
I started in engineering and moved through architecture into enterprise strategy. My focus now is AI across the whole enterprise, with every use tied to an outcome someone owns and measures. I still build: I test coding agents on real delivery work before I recommend them to anyone.
Now
- Setting enterprise AI strategy and the operating model behind it.
- Designing how people and AI agents share work, and who answers for it.
- Off the clock: history, film, football and cooking.
